This premium silicone sealant is designed to block the spread of smoke and fire. It forms a water-resistant seal that will also resist smoke and toxic gases, ultraviolet radiation and ozone. FBC system compatible indicates that this product has been tested and is monitored on an ongoing basis, to assure its chemical compatibility with FlowGuard Gold, BlazeMaster and Corzan piping systems and products made with TempRite technology. ASTM E-1966 (UL 2079), ASTM C-920 class 25, Meets ASTM E-814 (UL 1479) and UBC 7-5, This sealant was tested according to ASTM E90 to verify no performance loss for an STC 57 wall partition bearing multiple firestop systems, including 3/8 in. vertical wall joint and an open 4 in. diameter through penetration resembling UL 2079 and UL 1479 assemblies.
