Commercial-grade steel coating with a superior gourmet nonstick interior makes this deep dish griddle perfect for blackening fish, frying chicken and searing meat over high heat. Cooks on either a barbecue grill or gas or electric stovetop. Two riveted loop handles allow secure lifting and carrying even with thick oven mitts (the handles do get hot). While two of the corners form pouring lips for excess grease, the nonstick finish reduces the need for extra butter or oil when cooking and makes clean-up a simple matter of hot water and soap. Wooden, plastic or nylon utensils, not metal.
