Arrowhead Brass Vacuum Breakers are made of heavy-duty brass and are available in two models with several options for finish and inlet type. Our Vacuum Breakers use innovative technology to prevent the backflow of water from outside of the valve, from siphoning into the potable water supply, protecting it from outside contaminants. Self-Draining models (59 Series) provide worry-free freeze protection, as water will automatically self-drain upon shutoff even when attached to a frost-free wall or ground hydrant. Add one to your current hose bib or hydrant to protect your water supply from backflow or use a BFP model to replace a factory-installed vacuum breaker. Arrowhead Brass Vacuum Breakers have a 3/4" Male Hose Thread outlet for attaching a hose to the valve.
