Constructed of high-impact plastic provides 1/2 In. sweat installation. The valve has Non tapered 1/2 In. threads used to secure the valve to the box and will not accept tapered threaded fittings. The brass quarter turn ball valve is included. Slim line profile for 1 In. backing. Ribbed walls add support for greater strength and better alignment. Adjustable face plate accommodates up to 7/8 In. wall thickness. Front and back nailing tabs assure solid installation. Box dimensions: 5-3/16 In. x 5-3/16 x 2-1/2 In. Face plate 6-13/16 In. x 6-13/16 In. Manufactured to include no more than 0.25% weighted average lead content on wetted surfaces.
