However, due to the height, the Bayou Classic stainless propane burner is the better burner for your smaller pots like our 10-qt – 14-qt pots. The danger of using a bigger pot is that it may tip on you when you are trying to pull your basket out. The Bayou Classic stainless propane burner is more for those that don’t want to break their back while churning out the best fried fish.
