These stainless steel accessories allow you to position and stabilize your roast or bird, elevated to facilitate basting and allow drippings to fall into the pan below. The pan can also be used for roasting large whole fish. Large cast stainless steel handles provide a comfortable, balanced grip making it easier to carry. Handles are secured with heavy-duty solid stainless steel rivets to accentuate the professional-grade construction.
